How upgrades work

  1. 1Create your store for free — no payment needed to start.
  2. 2When you're ready to upgrade, email us at hello@open-inventory.org with your store subdomain and the tier you want.
  3. 3We send a BTC address. You pay. We send a redemption code.
  4. 4Paste the code on your /admin/settings/pro page. Pro features activate instantly, no restart needed.

Is the upgrade really one-time?

Yes. Pay once, use Pro (or Pro Studio) forever. No renewal. No subscription. We run the platform, and these funds help keep it running — but we won't charge you again for the same tier.

Can I upgrade from Pro to Pro Studio later?

Yes. You pay the difference (or the Studio price if you prefer to think of it as a separate upgrade). Contact us with your store subdomain and we'll sort it out.

What if I have multiple stores?

Each store is priced independently. A Pro upgrade applies to one store; create a second store and you can upgrade it separately, or leave it on Free.

Do Pro Studio slots fill up?

Studio is capacity-limited. Email us to confirm availability before paying — we'll let you know immediately.
